I have multiple orders on different dates, will they be delivered together?

Each order is treated as its own dispatch. We are unable to guarantee that purchases placed on separate dates will be shipped at the same time.

They tried to deliver my order but I wasn't home, what should I do?

If you are not present at the shipping address when it is delivered, it will be delivered to the nearest branch and you will be notified. Please get in touch with the shipping firm, provide them with your tracking number, and ask them to pick up your package at the closest branch or reschedule delivery.
